8 Tips For Making Money Online As An Affiliate Marketer

For many people who want to start making money online the first place they look to go is to become a affiliate and promote other people's products which is awesome. Tons of people make millions every year just being an affiliate marketer. It is the easiest way to get started online because you don't need a website, a list, you don't need to pick up the phone, etc. All you have to do is drive targeted traffic to whatever your promoting. Ok now for my 8 top tips to be successful with affiliate marketing.

(1). Affiliate Marketing Is Easy Money. For some people it is easy and quick money because of their gigantic email list they can market to time after time. But for the new marketer all you have to do is start driving targeted traffic to your affiliate product and you will make plenty of money.

(2). Don't Promote Products That Only Pay You One Time. What is the point of busting your butt and promoting like crazy just for a one time commission of let's say $50? Wouldn't it be great to promote a product or membership site where you can earn a monthly commission every single month for just doing the work one time? Of course it would! You will be kissing that job goodbye in no time.

(3). Learn How To Become a Super Affiliate. To become a super affiliate marketing like the big dogs who earn millions online just carbon copy what they do online. If you don't have a big email list use someones, write articles, forum marketing, articles, ppc, and all types of marketing the big dogs do to earn millions online.

(4). Customize Your Affiliate Promotional Materials. When promoting a product most website owners will offer you an affiliate tools page where you can get solo emails, forum signatures, example PPC ads etc...Use these for ideas. Always customize your own ads and emails to stick out from the other affiliates that are promoting the same product you are.

(5). Don't Promote Too Many Affiliate Products At The Same Time. I say this because if you are trying to promote 10-15 products at the same time all you are going to be doing is overwhelming yourself and you will become so frustrated because you are not making any money. I recommend only sticking to 2-3 affiliate products at a time. Once you have income coming in consistently then move to other products.

(6). Spend Your Hard Earned Money With Care I have been online for awhile now working from home successfully and take it from me you will see a bunch of crap out on the internet about affiliate ebooks, how to be super affiliates, bla bla bla. I look for hands on training with video tutorials that show you EXACTLY what you need to do to be successful. So keep that mind and spend your money wisely.

(7). Don't Quit Your Day Job Until You Replace That Income By 3 Times. Ok my motto is "Jobs Suck" because they do. When I was working that 9-5 I hated it with a passion. When you become an affiliate I wouldn't recommend you leave your job for good until you replace that job income by three times a month with affiliate marketing or whatever your doing to make money online. That's why I say promote products that pay you monthly.

(8). Be Consistent With Your Marketing Keep a daily to do task everyday to skyrocket your affiliate marketing income. If you do this right you will only be working 2-3 hours a day making way more than you did at a job. Then you will have time to do whatever you want.
